Refund Policy

Refunds will be in the form of store credit only by which you can purchase another item at www.kankasjaipur.com

No Refunds will be given in the following cases

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address
• Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
• After failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
• Package refused by the recipient
• Products returned in an used or damaged condition
• Minor colour and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and are made up of natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website
• If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged

Conditions to be eligible for return

• The item must be returned completely unchanged
• The item must be returned undamaged
• The item must be returned in its original and unused condition
• The item returned would be subject to inspection by Kankas Jaipur quality check team
• The product should be returned along with the original invoice, packaging, documentation, certifications, and free gifts if any

Important Note

In the circumstance the item has been altered in any way or form, chipped/ nicked, damaged, set, scratched, has a different weight, the item will not be received for a full refund.

• Please note that Shipping Charges, TAX/VAT and Duties are not refundable
• Return shipment is at the customers cost
• The payment processing charges charged by Payment Gateway is non-refundable
• Any lab certificate that may have been custom ordered besides the free certificate supporting the item, shall not be refunded in the return payment
• Returns will take upto 30 days to process

 Customised or Made to Order pieces Return Policy

Any Custom-created, Customised or Made to Order item placed by the customer cannot be returned under the returns policy.
